Standard Designs

Prices for South Australian home designs quoted in this website include:

Construction in metropolitan area, on a level site – 300mm high Biax slab system at discretion of the builder and is subject to change without notice. Prices quoted in this brochure do not include: additional footings & siteworks, retaining walls, rock digging, removal of trees or removal of excess soil etc, light fittings, air conditioning, alarm system, window treatments, soft furnishings, irrigation system, pergolas, landscaping, paving, stormwater, floor coverings, tiling to verandah’s/portico, stonework, express panel, fencing and sales related materials. Alfresco’s are included in the base house price, prices may to be subject to change due to travel allowance.

Virtual Tours

Virtual tours are intended to give you an indication of the flow of the home. Display homes are built over time and feature inclusions that may no longer be available or are optional upgrades and priced accordingly. Speak to your Building Consultant for further information.

House and Land Packages

Conditions apply to all packages: Individual legal contracts apply for both the home and the land (land contract to be issued by the Vendor or vendors agent representative) and is subject to availability. House price includes GST. The house price does not include additional legal fees relating to the building and/or land contract, stamp duty and registration fees which includes transfer, change of ownership fees or any other relevant charges to the acquisition of land. The land referred to in this package is not owned by Weeks Homes, we make no representation about the suitability to build on or other. You must satisfy yourself of that by inspection or by taking professional advice or otherwise. Images shown may depict fixtures, finishes and features not supplied by Weeks Homes such as alfresco decking, internal and external fireplaces, window and household furnishings, fencing, retaining walls and landscaping and published prices do not include the supply of these items. Images may also depict upgraded, optional variations to the house (such as pendant and down lights) which incur additional variation charges. Package prices are based on predicted site costs / Energy efficiency / work cover requirements. House cost is subject to statutory authority final approval. Price may vary depending on selections, engineering and council requirements, and increased allowances. The land must be free of contaminates.

^Fixed price footing and slab construction Fixed price footings in Quotation Tenders are applicable to sites up to a H1 class soil classification & only in Weeks Homes nominated fixed price estates. Fixed price footings & earthworks will be calculated on all sites upon receipt of Engineer’s Preliminary Report. Fixed pricing relating to footings may be affected by unforeseen circumstances and hidden site conditions unknown to us.

40TH BIRTHDAY 100K GIVEAWAY CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

1.Information on how to enter, mechanics of entry and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry. Entry into the promotion is deemed acceptance of these Conditions of Entry. Entry is in accordance with ‘How to Enter’ of these Conditions of Entry only. ELIGIBILITY 2.Entry is limited to a single quote request for a new Weeks Next Gen, Discovery, Country Living or Custom home per individual and only open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or older who: a. i. are new clients of Weeks Homes and who; ii. obtain a quote for Weeks Homes to build their preferred Weeks home design and façade (Quote) on or after 01/01/2025 to 28/03/25 (inclusive) or during the Promotional Period; and iii. pay a non-refundable initial acceptance fee of AUD$2,000.00 (deposit) within fourteen (14) days of the Quote being issued; and iv. pay a non-refundable second acceptance fee of AUD $3,000 (deposit) upon acceptance of the Consolidated Tender v. sign the contract for the build of their preferred home and façade within 14 days of issue, OR b. i. are already potential clients in the Weeks Homes system and who; ii. have requested or obtained a Quote to build a Weeks Next Gen, Discovery, Country Living or Custom home design on or after 01/01/2025 but before 28/03/2025; and iii. pay a non-refundable initial acceptance fee of AUD$2,000.00 (deposit) within fourteen (14) days of the Quote being issued; and iv. pay a non-refundable second acceptance fee of AUD $3,000 (deposit) upon acceptance of the Consolidated Tender v. sign the contract for the build of their preferred home and façade within 14 days of issue, AND c. i. complete the build of their preferred home and façade in the manner contractually required, including but not limited to, in the event an Entrant is a winner: ii. paying in full in cleared funds and in advance of the applicable prize being awarded, the remaining balance (if applicable) for the build, being the difference (if any) between the cost of their preferred home and façade and the total applicable prize amount awarded; iii. undertaking and committing to completion of construction of the preferred home design and façade in the manner particularised in the contract; and iv. paying the total remaining balance of the build from the applicable prize amount in the manner required, (Entrants). 3. Eligible Entrants will be automatically entered into the applicable Promotional Stage as and when they become eligible. 4. Preferred Weeks home designs and façades are only available for construction in South Australia within currently available Weeks Homes construction regions. 5. The directors, management and employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, its related entities, printers, suppliers, providers and agencies whom are directly associated with the conduct of this promotion are ineligible to enter the promotion. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin. PROMOTIONAL PERIOD 6. The promotion commences at 10:00am (AEST) on 01/01/2025 and ends at 10:00am(AEST) on 28/03/2025 (Promotional Period). 7. The Promotional Period will commence and close on the dates and times AEST/AEDT (depending on the date) set out below, for the purpose of determining winners and awarding prizes in this promotion. 8. The promotion will have its draw at 45 Richmond Road Keswick on the date and time AEST/AEDT (depending on the date) set out below). All Entries received during the Promotion Period will be entered into the corresponding Draw to determine one (1) winner for the promotion. Entries for the promotion must be received by the Promoter during the Promotional Stage to be eligible for the corresponding Draw. The winners will be notified personally and/or in writing within Seven (7) business days of the Draw and their names and localities will be published in The Advertiser and on the Promoter’s website at weekshomes.com.au (Promotional Website) in accordance with the table below, and will remain on the Promotional Website for no less than twenty-eight (28) days. Promotional Draws will be held as follows: Promotional Stage Start End Draw Publication 1 10:00am on 01/01/2025 10:00am on 28/03/2025 12:00pm on 29/03/2025 02/04/2025 RESERVES 9. The Promoter may draw five (5) additional reserve Entries in each Draw and record them (in order) in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn or the entrant is ineligible to accept or declines to participate in the prize. Each entrant whose Entry is drawn by the Promoter must confirm their eligibility to be awarded the prize and their ability to accept and participate in the prize and complete all actions required under Condition 2(a) or (b) for eligibility within 14 business days of being successfully notified by the Promoter that their Entry has been drawn, otherwise their entry will be deemed invalid. In the event of an invalid entry or an ineligible entrant, or if the entrant is ineligible to accept or declines to participate in the prize, the prize will be awarded to the first reserve entrant drawn. If the prize cannot be awarded to the Entrant drawn, the Promoter will continue this process until the prize is awarded. If after this process a prize has still not been awarded, or if an Entrant drawn cannot be notified, the Promoter will hold an unclaimed prize draw in accordance with Condition 26. For the avoidance of doubt, only once an entrant has confirmed their eligibility to be awarded the prize and ability to participate in the prize and has completed all actions required under Conditions 2(a) or (b) and otherwise complied with the eligibility requirements will the entrant, subject to these Conditions of Entry, be an Eligible Entrant and deemed a winner. HOW TO ENTER 10. To enter the promotion, Entrants must: a. obtain a Quote from Weeks Homes in the manner required in accordance with Condition 2; b. pay the Deposit in accordance with Condition 2; and c. sign the contract for the build of their preferred home and façade in accordance with Condition 2, (together, an Entry). 11. Entrants who enter in the manner required at Condition 10 will automatically receive one (1) entry into the promotion. Multiple Entries are permitted, however each Entry must be based on a separate Quote and Deposit for a separate preferred home and façade on a separate allotment and must independently comply with these Conditions of Entry. For the avoidance of doubt, Entrants must commit to and continue toward completion of the build in the manner contractually required, including by completing the requirements under Condition 2, otherwise their Entry will be deemed invalid. 12. Each Entrant must retain and may be required to present proof of payment of their Deposit and sign any documents reasonably required by the Promoter to confirm that the Entrant will complete the build of their preferred home and façade, in order to claim a prize. If an Entrant is unable to provide proof of payment of their Deposit and/or is unwilling to sign any documents reasonably required by the Promoter to confirm that the Entrant will complete the build of their preferred home and façade, then all Entries of that Entrant will be ineligible and deemed invalid. Proof of payment of their Deposit includes showing the original and providing a copy of the Deposit receipt or payment remittance for each Deposit made during the Promotional Period. PRIZES 13. The first eligible Entry from an eligible Entrant randomly drawn from all Entries received during the corresponding Promotional Stage will win a contribution of the value of their original preferred home and façade only, up to a total of AUD$100,000.00 (applicable suite of standard fittings and fixtures only apply to calculation of home and façade value) credited to the build of their preferred home and façade. 14. The prize does not include the land that the preferred home and façade selected is to be built on. The land must be purchased separately. If a winner chooses to purchase a house and land package with Weeks Homes, the prize is only applicable to the build of their preferred home and façade and NOT to the land. 15. An Entrant whose Entry is drawn as the winning Entry may choose to upgrade their preferred home and façade originally selected to a home and façade of greater value than their original preferred home and façade. If an Entrant whose Entry is drawn as the winning Entry chooses to upgrade their preferred home and façade, they may use the prize amount won as a deposit toward the upgrade to the new preferred home and façade. At all times the winner must remain an eligible Entrant including in particular the obligations in Condition 2(c). 16. A prize does not include a reimbursement of the Deposit. 17. Any additional selections and upgrades (including electrical selections) chosen by a winner in the MyChoice Design Studio that are not included in the standard fittings and fixtures as outlined in the winner’s building contract are not included in the prize. Additional selections and upgrades (if any) chosen by a winner are done so at the cost and responsibility of the winner. 18. An Entrant whose Entry is drawn as the winning Entry must pay in total the remaining balance (if applicable) for the build of their preferred home and façade, being the difference (if any) between the value of their preferred home and façade and the total applicable prize amount before being awarded the prize. For example, if an Entrant has selected a preferred home and façade worth AUD$500,000.00 and has therefore won AUD$100,000.00, the Entrant must pay the balance of AUD$400,000.00 for the build in the manner required before being awarded the prize amount. 19. The Promoter reserves the right to request a winner produce (within the requested time) appropriate photo identification or other documentation (to the Promoter's satisfaction, at its sole discretion) in order to confirm the identity and age of the winner before issuing the prize and at any time during their participation in the prize. 20. It is a condition of accepting and participating in a prize that the winner may be required to sign eligibility form(s), code(s) of conduct and/or legal release(s) (including prize acceptance release(s)) in a form determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion. 21. The total maximum prize pool value is up to AUD$100,000.00. A prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash (unless otherwise indicated). BLACK FRIDAY DISHWASHER OR WASHING MACHINE GIVEAWAY

The Black Friday VIP giveaway includes the choice of the Fisher & Paykel dishwasher (DW60FC1X2 F) or washing machine (WH8060J3). The Discover Different for Less promotion and discounted price is only available on new build deposits received through the promotional period of 1st August 2024 – 31st December 2024 and limited to the first 20 eligible customers, defined below:

i. are new clients of Weeks Homes and who;

ii. obtain a quote for Weeks Homes to build a promotional Weeks home design and façade (Quote) on or after 01/08/2024 to 31/12/24 (inclusive) or during the Promotional Period; and

iii. pay a non-refundable initial acceptance fee of AUD$2,000.00 (deposit) within fourteen (14) days of the Quote being issued; and

v. sign the contract for the build of their preferred home and façade within 14 days of issue,

i. are existing clients of Weeks Homes and who;

ii. obtain a quote for Weeks Homes to build a promotional Weeks home design and façade (Quote) on or after 01/08/2024 to 31/12/24 (inclusive) or during the Promotional Period on a new allotment of land; and

Price Certainty Guarantee

Weeks Homes offers a 15 month price hold on all homes listed on our current price lists. The promotion commences 1st Novemebr and concludes 31st December 2024. Payment of the quotation acceptance fee within 14 days of the issue of a quotation, secures the quote* and agreed promotions for a period of 365 days subject to:

a. accepting the consolidated tender within 7 days of issue;
b. entering into a contract within 180 days of payment of the quotation acceptance fee;
c. entering into a contract within 7 days of its issue; and
d. all requirements to commence construction being met within 365 days of the quotation acceptance fee payment.

30 Week Build Time Guarantee

Weeks Homes will reach practical completion within 30 weeks of slab pour or pay $300 per week compensation into your nominated bank account, for a maximum of 6 weeks.

25 Year Structural Guarantee

The 25 year structural guarantee is applicable to contracts signed from 22nd October 2021.

The builder guarantees to the owner that it will rectify at no cost to the owner any structural failure of a steel frame, concrete slab or footing erected in accordance with a contract since 22nd October 2021, if a claim for that that failure is made within 25 years of practical completion of the contract works by the builder (the 25 year structural guarantee).

The owner acknowledges that the 25 year structural guarantee may by voided at the discretion of the builder if the structural failure is partially the result of damage cause by storm, fire, flooding, subsequent building works, trees and tree roots, retaining walls or site conditions or causes outside of the control of the builder including latent conditions, or where loss or damage arises due to a failure by the owner to ensure site maintenance or site drainage requirements, including but not limited to, in accordance with advice from the builder at handover. Please refer to the CSIRO guide to foundation maintenance and footing performance noted in the Full Engineering Report for correct structural maintenance.

A successor in title will have the same rights and benefits of the 25 year structural guarantee as the original owner, with the same terms and limitations - if within 6 months of becoming the registered owner of the land they notify Weeks via the dedicated notification form at weeks.com.au, produce a receipt of that notification from the website form and provide reasonable access to the property for an inspection. That inspection may include an assessment any actions or omissions of the previous owner, or other causes that may have voided the warranty, including a failure to comply with the CSIRO guide to foundation maintenance and footing performance, for example.

“structural failure” means damage classified as category 3 or higher as defined in Australian Standard 2870.

Price Certainty Estates

If site is located in a Weeks nominated Price Certainty Estate, price nominated in tender is fixed for earthworks, footings, connections to services & stormwater prior to receiving Engineer’s Preliminary Report.

Fixed Price Footings

For all other sites outside of Price Certainty Estates, these prices will be calculated & fixed upon receipt of Engineer’s Preliminary Report. Fixed pricing relating to footings may be affected by unforeseen circumstances and hidden site conditions unknown to us.

Priority Design Discount

The $10,000 Priority Design Discount is available from 1st November 2024 until 31st December 2024. To qualify for the offer, you must:
