Standard pricing is calculated to include our classic façade.

Standard Designs 

Prices for South Australian home designs quoted in this website include: 

Construction in metropolitan area, on a level site – 300mm high Biax slab system at discretion of the builder and is subject to change without notice. Prices quoted in this brochure do not include: additional footings & siteworks, retaining walls, rock digging, removal of trees or removal of excess soil etc, light fittings, air conditioning, alarm system, window treatments, soft furnishings, irrigation system, pergolas, landscaping, paving, stormwater, floor coverings, tiling to verandah’s/portico, stonework, express panel, fencing and sales related materials. Alfresco’s are included in the base house price, prices may to be subject to change due to travel allowance.

 

Virtual Tours

Virtual tours are intended to give you an indication of the flow of the home. Display homes are built over time and feature inclusions that may no longer be available or are optional upgrades and priced accordingly. Speak to your Building Consultant for further information. 

 

House and Land Packages

^Fixed price footing and slab construction Fixed price footings in Quotation Tenders are applicable to sites up to a H1 class soil classification & only in Weeks Homes nominated fixed price estates. Fixed price footings & earthworks will be calculated on all sites upon receipt of Engineer’s Preliminary Report. Fixed pricing relating to footings may be affected by unforeseen circumstances and hidden site conditions unknown to us.

BLACK FRIDAY DISHWASHER OR WASHING MACHINE GIVEAWAY

The Black Friday VIP giveaway includes the choice of the Fisher & Paykel dishwasher (DW60FC1X2 F) or washing machine (WH8060J3). To be eligible for this giveaway the customer must deposit between the dates of 1st November 2024 and 27th November 2024. In addition the customer must register and attend the VIP evening to be held at the Weeks Homes head office on the evening of 27th November 2024.

Discover Different for Less Promotion

The Discover Different for Less promotion and discounted price is only available on new build deposits received through the promotional period of 1st August 2024 – 31st December 2024 and limited to the first 20 eligible customers, defined below: 

a. 

i. are new clients of Weeks Homes and who;

ii. obtain a quote for Weeks Homes to build a promotional Weeks home design and façade (Quote) on or after 01/08/2024 to 31/12/24 (inclusive) or during the Promotional Period; and

iii. pay a non-refundable initial acceptance fee of AUD$2,000.00 (deposit) within fourteen (14) days of the Quote being issued; and

iv. pay a non-refundable second acceptance fee of AUD $3,000 (deposit) upon acceptance of the Consolidated Tender

v. sign the contract for the build of their preferred home and façade within 14 days of issue,

b. 

i. are existing clients of Weeks Homes and who;

ii. obtain a quote for Weeks Homes to build a promotional Weeks home design and façade (Quote) on or after 01/08/2024 to 31/12/24 (inclusive) or during the Promotional Period on a new allotment of land; and

iii. pay a non-refundable initial acceptance fee of AUD$2,000.00 (deposit) within fourteen (14) days of the Quote being issued; and

iv. pay a non-refundable second acceptance fee of AUD $3,000 (deposit) upon acceptance of the Consolidated Tender

v. sign the contract for the build of their preferred home and façade within 14 days of issue,

Price based on the standard construction of the Gilberton, Auldana or Blythe designs with the choice of Classic, Choice, Vantage or Country facades. Alternative standard Next Gen facades can be selected and will be charged accordingly.

As per terms of standard construction, price does not include land and or site costs; based on a home constructed  in SA metropolitan area, on a level site – 300mm high Biax slab system at discretion of the builder and subject to change without notice. WEEKS HOMES HUGE LAND READY SALE TERMS 

The Weeks Homes huge land ready sale runs from 1st November 2024 until 31st December 2024 (the promotion period) and is available only on new Next Gen deposits received during this promotional period. 

It comprises;

 Titled Land Discount of $17,500 

To qualify for the offer, you must: 

a) Sign a Weeks Home Quote within 14 days of issue and make an initial Deposit payment of $2,000

b) Sign all required Weeks Homes Sales Documentation (Consolidated Tender) within 7 days after the Consolidated Tender is issued and pay further $3,000 deposit. 

c) Present your Certificate of Title (CT) issued for your land by no later than 30th June 2025.

$50,000 off Next Gen & Discovery Homes 

To be eligible for the Weeks $50,000 cash discount offer off Next Gen & Discovery Homes, the acceptance fee must be paid within 14 days of a proposal issued within the promotion period and a building agreement signed within 90 day of the acceptance fee being paid. 

The $50,000 cash discount will be shown in the tender and building agreement specification as a discount to the house price applicable at that time. The $50,000 cash discount will only be deductible from the house price in any Next Gen house and land package.

To qualify for the offer, you must:

Black Friday 2024 Promotion 

The Weeks Homes Black Friday promotion is applicable to our Next Gen Home range and runs from the 1st November 2024 until 30th November 2024 (the promotion period) and is available only on new deposits received during this promotional period. 

The offer comprises the inclusion of: 

a) 20mm Caesarstone benchtops to the kitchen only of any Next Gen home design. Up to 3.5 lineal meters to cooktop run and 2.8 lineal meters (900mm deep) to island. Stone to be selected from Builders Category A range in the MyChoice Studio at time of Selection Consultation. 

b) Up to 3.7 lineal meters of overhead cabinets to the kitchen only of any Next Gen home design. Cabinet finish to be selected from Builders standard range in the MyChoice Studio at time of Selection Consultation.

Price Certainty Guarantee

Weeks Homes offers a 15 month price hold on all homes listed on our current price lists. The promotion commences  1st Novemebr and concludes 31st December 2024. Payment of the quotation acceptance fee within 14 days of the issue of a quotation, secures the quote* and agreed promotions for a period of 365 days subject to:


a. accepting the consolidated tender within 7 days of issue;          
b. entering into a contract within 180 days of payment of the quotation acceptance fee;           
c. entering into a contract within 7 days of its issue; and           
d. all requirements to commence construction being met within 365 days of the quotation acceptance fee payment. 


30 Week Build Time Guarantee          

Weeks Homes will reach practical completion within 30 weeks of slab pour or pay $300 per week compensation into your nominated bank account, for a maximum of 6 weeks

To be eligible the selected home must be a standard option from the Next Gen range of single storey designs with standard inclusions and construction must occur within Metropolitan Adelaide. 

The Guarantee also requires that all client obligations under the contract remain fulfilled.  This Build Time Guarantee does not apply to:           

  • Designs outside of the Next Gen Single Storey collection Designs outside of the Next Gen Single Storey collection 
  • Split level homes
  • Difficult sites including where rock excavation is required, traffic management plans are required, bespoke hydraulic designs or where the contract scope includes retaining walls, landscaping, paths or driveways.           
     

30 Week Build Time Guarantee excludes Christmas industry wide shutdown. In the event of a major industry wide disruption, including a critical path supplier or pandemic, the 30 Week Build Time Guarantee does not apply.           

To be eligible for this promotion, deposit must be received from 1st November 2024 and must be expressly included in the construction contract to apply. 

 

25 Year Structural Guarantee

The 25 year structural guarantee is applicable to contracts signed from 22nd October 2021.

The builder guarantees to the owner that it will rectify at no cost to the owner any structural failure of a steel frame, concrete slab or footing erected in accordance with a contract since 22nd October 2021, if a claim for that that failure is made within 25 years of practical completion of the contract works by the builder (the 25 year structural guarantee).

The owner acknowledges that the 25 year structural guarantee may by voided at the discretion of the builder if the structural failure is partially the result of damage cause by storm, fire, flooding, subsequent building works, trees and tree roots, retaining walls or site conditions or causes outside of the control of the builder including latent conditions, or where loss or damage arises due to a failure by the owner to ensure site maintenance or site drainage requirements, including but not limited to, in accordance with advice from the builder at handover. Please refer to the CSIRO guide to foundation maintenance and footing performance noted in the Full Engineering Report for correct structural maintenance.

A successor in title will have the same rights and benefits of the 25 year structural guarantee as the original owner, with the same terms and limitations - if within 6 months of becoming the registered owner of the land they notify Weeks via the dedicated notification form at weeks.com.au, produce a receipt of that notification from the website form and provide reasonable access to the property for an inspection. That inspection may include an assessment any actions or omissions of the previous owner, or other causes that may have voided the warranty, including a failure to comply with the CSIRO guide to foundation maintenance and footing performance, for example.

“structural failure” means damage classified as category 3 or higher as defined in Australian Standard 2870.

 

Price Certainty Estates

If site is located in a Weeks nominated Price Certainty Estate, price nominated in tender is fixed for earthworks, footings, connections to services & stormwater prior to receiving Engineer’s Preliminary Report.

** Excludes split level slabs, sump & pump stormwater system or if services are not located to front of allotment.

 

Fixed Price Footings

For all other sites outside of Price Certainty Estates, these prices will be calculated & fixed upon receipt of Engineer’s Preliminary Report. Fixed pricing relating to footings may be affected by unforeseen circumstances and hidden site conditions unknown to us.

 

Priority Design Discount 

The $10,000 Priority Design Discount is available from 1st November 2024 until 31st December 2024. To qualify for the offer, you must: 

a) Choose a standard plan from the Weeks Homes range of floorplans including Next Gen, Discovery and Country Living. 

b) Only Priority stream modifications & variations allowable (seek advice from your Sales Consultant). 

c) Only other amendments permitted are enforced changes outside the control of the customer and required to achieve Development Approval. 

d) Project must stay within Priority stream guidelines throughout, up until handover of the home in order to remain qualified for the $10,000 discount. 

e) If a customer requested variation is outside of Priority variation guidelines, Weeks Homes reserves the right to charge back the $10,000 discount as a variation. 

Not available in conjunction with the following promotions: Huge Land Ready Sale, Knockdown Rebuild and Subdivision discount, Discover Different for Less promotion. 

 


 Weeks Fully Rendered Hebel home

The Weeks fully rendered Hebel home offer runs from 5th October to 30th June2022 (the promotion period). Available to all Weeks new home builds within Metropolitan Adelaide. The Weeks fully rendered home offer includes Hebel external wall system to all elevations* (texture coated and painted with Dulux Acratex from nominated range of colours).

* Dependant on dwelling location and in accordance with the provisions of the Planning and Design Code and or relevant Encumbrance/Developer Guidelines a façade may require amendments during assessment to suit applicable policies of the relevant authority to achieve compliance. Specifically, the façade may require a minimum of two different materials or finishes incorporated on the front of the building elevation, with a maximum of 80% of the building elevation in a single material or finish.

 Build & Save 

Applicable for Weeks Homes clients. Available to approved applicants of MyChoice Home Loans Pty Ltd only. Approved applicants must enter into a construction home loan and an Interest Subsidy Agreement with Mortgageport Management Pty Ltd (Manager). Offer is not available on the land portion of the construction home loan. Eligibility criteria, fees, charges and T&Cs apply. MyChoice Home Loans Pty Limited ACN 610 250 578 is an authorised Credit Representative (Number 485273) of Mortgageport Management Pty Ltd ACN 082 753 679 Australian Credit Licence 386360. This offer is only available when building a home with Weeks Homes Pty Ltd - BLD G10238. Not available for bridging finance. House of Rewards

If you refer a new customer to Weeks Homes we will provide you with a $1,500 gift card to say thank you, ensuring the eligibility criteria below is satisfied. 

1. You must be an existing Weeks Homes customer, that is, you have entered into an agreement with Weeks Homes or any other NEX Building Group company previously. 

2. The person you are referring (the New Weeks Homes Customer) must not have built with or entered into an agreement with Weeks Homes in the past six months. 

3. You cannot refer yourself. 

4. You cannot be an employee of any NEX Building Group entity or an immediate family member of an employee and neither can the New Weeks Homes Customer. 

5. Only one $1,500 gift card can be issued for each new construction contract. 

6. An electronic gift card will be sent by way of SMS to the mobile number nominated by you in the application form when the New Weeks Homes Customer pays their slab stage progress payment. 

7. The NEX Building Group may change the terms and conditions of the House of Rewards Program at any time including the amounts, form of reward or termination of the promotion at its sole discretion. 

8. You agree to your personal information being collected and used by the NEX Building Group to confirm eligibility, to provide to the electronic gift card provider and for marketing purposes, please see mcdonaldjones.com.au for our privacy policy and commitment to you under the Privacy Principles.

9. You have the permission of the New Weeks Homes Customer to refer them to Weeks Homes and provide their personal details including telephone contact details. If you are a new customer to Weeks Homes and you have been referred by a person eligible for a $1,500 gift card, Weeks Homes will reward you with a $1,500 MyChoice Studio Voucher if you meet the eligibility criteria below. 

10. You must not have built with or entered into an agreement with Weeks Homes in the past six months. 

11. You cannot refer yourself. 

12. You cannot be an employee of any NEX Building Group entity or an immediate family member of an employee and neither can the person referring you to Weeks Homes. 

13. Only one $1,500 My Choice Studio Voucher can be issued for each new construction contract. 

14. The $1,500 My Choice Studio Voucher will be applied to your contract for you to spend on Colour Selections at the My Choice Studio. The voucher cannot be redeemed for cash or be used as a reduction to the contract price. 

15. The NEX Building Group may change the terms and conditions of the House of Rewards Program at any time including the amounts, form of reward or termination of the promotion at its sole discretion. Weeks Homes ABN 97 008 087 278 (referred to as Weeks Homes, we, us or our) is firmly committed to protecting your privacy while interacting with our content, products and services.
