What can I write about Weeks?!

From my first experience at the display village with the Sales Consultant, where someone was actually interested in helping has been great. The Sales Consultant took the time to listen to what I had to say and offered practical suggestions for my circumstances. Ongoing contact from Weeks the entire time while waiting for the land to title even though they realistically didn't need to. 

My partner and I had a really great experience working with Madison as our building consultant. From start to finish, she was absolutely amazing. She was super knowledgeable and paid close attention to every detail, which made us feel really confident throughout the whole process. 

Madison was easy to talk to and always took the time to explain things clearly, so nothing ever felt confusing or overwhelming. She made what could have been a stressful experience smooth and straightforward. 

I had a great experience working with Weeks throughout the entire building process. From start to finish, their team demonstrated a high level of professionalism, clear communication, and excellent workmanship.

They kept me well-informed at every stage, responded promptly to any questions, and ensured that everything progressed smoothly and on schedule. The quality of the build met my expectations, and it was clear that attention to detail was a priority for their team. 

From the moment we walked into the display home and met with the sales consultant, the whole experience has been fantastic. The entire build process was stress-free and exciting, and even the after-care has been outstanding.

Our site supervisor was second to none - never a question too hard, always happy to explain anything and everything, and constantly going above and beyond. The communication and updates throughout the build was excellent, and the whole project ran on time. 

We had a very positive experience building with Weeks. Communication throughout the whole process was clear and smooth. Our site manager was always approachable and easy to communicate with, and we were able to meet and discuss things on site whenever needed. 

Karly was absolutely fantastic throughout our selections process. She was incredibly helpful from start to finish and made what could have been an overwhelming experience feel easy and enjoyable. 

Her guidance really helped us keep our theme consistent across all of our choices, while still making sure everything felt unique and personal to us. She had a great eye for detail and was always able to suggest options that matched our style perfectly. 

The whole process was wonderful and seamless. The build took less time then initially quoted and Weeks communicated the entire way through. I would absolutely recommend them, and hope to build with them again in the future. 

We recently signed our new home contract with Weeks Homes after meeting with Jason at the Playford Alive Display Village, and we couldn't be happier with his service. As first-time builders who knew almost nothing about process, we found it a bit overwhelming at first. But Jason was incredibly patient, guiding us through the entire process and highlighting crucial details we would have easily missed. He answered all our detailed questions about custom floorplan changes and every detail of the house with total transparency. He really west above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect.

The whole experience with weeks has been amazing from the start at the display home, to the selections process and right up to now before handover. 

Our site supervisor Matt has been amazing. Keeping us updated throughout the whole process and answering our questions.

Weeks has been a fantastic builder from start to finish (mid-construction at the moment). Jason started the process at the sales centre. He was fantastic at laying out all the important up front considerations before construction begins. From there it was off to the sales centre where several very helpful selections consultants helped us design our house. A word of advice, make sure you visit as many open homes as you can before selections!!! A clear design makes life easy for you and the selections team. 

We've just finished building our home and honestly had such a great experience. The whole process felt easy and well organised from the beginning, which made a big difference. 

Our site manager was fantastic - super organised, always on top of everything, and kept us updated regularly. We never felt in the dark and always knew what was happening next, which gave us a lot of confidence throughout the build. 

We are currently at the stage of pre construction and have been really fortunate so far to have had an amazing sales consultant, who helped us with changes to the house design, we would never have thought of. Our interior consultant was patient through the entire day of selections which made a stressful process run smoothly. 

Our project manager, she has been amazing, friendly, great communication, no question unanswered, has listened to any concerns we have had along the way. 

Our experience so far has been a very positive one. 

Our experience with Weeks has been excellent from start to finish. Sitting down with the Sale Consultant Dallas was straightforward, enjoyable, and stress-free. the range of designs & display homes available gave us plenty of great options to choose from. 

Moving through the MyChoice selection process was also a fantastic experience. Everyone was dealt with was friendly and easy to talk to, and the event they hosted were well organised and enjoyable. 

Excellent team, really great to deal with.

They have made the house building experience seem effortless, as they have walked me through the whole process, they were very transparent and attentive (no hidden costs) I would definitely build with Weeks again. Thank you guys 

Leading up to our selections appointment I was a tad nervous, and unsure what to expect with the experience, and whether our chosen building company's in-house interior designer would understand my ideas and vision I had for our new home. After our first appointment I knew Karly was perfect for us. I have my Pinterest boards filled with my ideas and thankfully she was so interested in seeing them, which was a relief I felt she understood exactly what I was going for and she had great suggestions which made our home plans come together better than I had ever envisioned!

The selections staff were absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process of choosing finishes for my new home. They were knowledgeable, patient and genuinely invested in helping me make decisions that fit both my style and budget. Their guidance made what could have been an overwhelming experience feel smooth and even enjoyable. I truly appreciated their attention to detail, professionalism, and willingness to answer every question. Thanks to them, I feel confident and excited about how my new home is coming together. Highly recommend!

Sienna & Shelia both helped us with our colour appointments, they were so full of knowledge and always made you feel comfortable. We appreciated honest opinions and direction when it was needed. So far at Weeks, we can't fault the processes at all, they are thorough and are accommodating to each persons individual needs. Thank you so much for helping make a once thought stressful process into a fun one!

We had a wonderful experience building with Weeks Homes. The entire construction process was smooth, well-organised, and professionally managed from start to finish. 

The coordination between the team members was excellent, and communication was always clear and timely. Any questions we had were addressed promptly, and we always felt informed and supported throughout the build. 

Right from the start of this project with Weeks Homes it has been amazing, firstly at the display home sites we visited, then our planning experience with Fiona, she guided us through our home build options & was always available to go through any questions or variations. 

Building our first home has been one of the biggest milestones of our lives, and doing it while living interstate naturally comes with stress, pressure, and plenty of worries. However, our journey with Weeks Homes has been nothing short of exceptional from start to where we are now in construction. 

Pre-Construction Phase:

From the moment we walked into the Weeks display home, to the selections and council approval, through to handover, our experience building our home was exceptional. 

We have been very happy with our Weeks build and would happily recommend them to others - we would definitely build with them again. Our journey started in June 2023 with Fiona at the Roseworthy St Yves show homes. She was incredibly helpful and supportive throughout the initial design process especially with our numerous floorplan changes. We signed out contract in Oct 2023, done our selections in Nov 2023 and our slab went down early May 2024 ... we got handover in Dec 2024!

A continued excellent experience with Weeks Homes. We strongly recommend them for other people - Previously my wife and I built three homes and unfortunately two of them companies were not a good experience. For our current build we investigated deeper before selecting our build company. 

Ron (in Andrews Farm) has been an incredible support throughout our new journey. He is highly professional, extremely knowledgeable, and always approachable. Whenever we reached out, he took the time to answer all our questions clearly and in detail.

What we really appreciated most was his patience. He never rushed us and genuinely wanted to make sure we were making the right decisions. His advice was always honest and thoughtful, and he consistently went above and beyond to guide us. 

We have been working with Brooke during our pre and purchase of our new home. She is extremely knowledgeable of the product, approachable and professional. She listened and provided us with exactly what we were looking for. She pays great attention to detail and is totally transparent when it comes to contracts, potential issues i.e. trees, cost and upgrades. We feel 100% confident that Brooke has and will continue to steer us in the right direction. We would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to build a new home. 

We have recently completed our house build and couldn't be happier with the overall experience. Our site supervisor kept us informed every step of the build and was always happy to go the extra mile to make sure the product was of a high standard. Whenever we had questions he answered it promptly and never made us feel as though we were an annoyance. 

Having previously built another home can genuinely say that Weeks homes from start to finish have been nothing but excellent and have demonstrated that there are good and honest companies still around!

We recently completed our home build with weeks homes, and we could not be happier with the final result. This has truly been an exceptional experience from start to finish. The entire management process was incredibly smooth and transparent. We were kept informed at every major milestone, and the organisation demonstrated by the site manager ensured that the project stayed on track. 

The whole process from start to finish was smooth, professional and completed with such high quality. As we are interstate the portal was an awesome asset to have as it kept us up to date with our build. Our foreman/ site supervisor was without a doubt a key aspect of our building experience. He was always up front with details and the few minimal delays we encountered. He was reassuring and thoughtful. He definitely made our build a pleasant experience as did the whole Weeks team. We cannot begin to thank Weeks for everything and we are absolutely ready to begin our next chapter.

Our experience with with Weeks so far has been amazing! We've been working with Ron and have been very impressed by the process so far. Ron always remembered our names and situation each time we presented to explore the display home. Even when he was with other clients, he took the time to personally greet us and make us feel valued and supported. As first-time homeowners the whole commitment is quite overwhelming, but Ron has made it smooth, exciting and far less daunting.
