It comprises a $50,000 cash discount for any Next Gen home. To be eligible for the Weeks $50,000 cash discount offer, the acceptance fee must be paid within 14 days of a proposal issued within the promotion period and a contract signed within 180 days of the acceptance fee being paid.

To qualify for the offer, you must:
1. Sign a Weeks New Home Quote within 14 days of issue and make an Initial Deposit Payment of $2000
2. Sign all required Weeks Homes Sales Documentation (Consolidated Tender) within 7 days after the Consolidated Tender is issued and pay a further $3000 Deposit.
3. Present your Certificate of Title (CT) issued for your land by no later than 1st November 2024.
4. Sign your HIA Building Contract within 7 days from issue.
