Construction in metropolitan area, on a level site – Raft slab 100mm thick, re-inforced with SL72 mesh and are subject to change without notice. Prices quoted in this brochure do not include: additional footings & siteworks, retaining walls, rock digging, removal of trees or removal of excess soil etc, light fittings, air conditioning, alarm system, window treatments, soft furnishings, irrigation system, pergolas, landscaping, paving, stormwater, floor coverings, tiling to verandah’s/portico, stonework, express panel, fencing and sales related materials.
