Weeks Building Group’s response to Covid-19 11th May, 2020


Step 1 in the ‘Roadmap to Recovery’

Australia’s federal, state and territory governments are gradually easing restrictions around public gatherings, how businesses can operate, and regional travel.  In response, the South Australian Government is responsible for outlining and implementing changes in this State. On the 11th of May the State specific ‘Road to Recovery’ outlining staged changes to restrictions around gatherings was released.

As part of step 1, auction houses can open and real estate auctions and open house inspections can proceed; this includes visitations to display homes.

In line with these revised policies we are excited to announce we will be resuming normal operating hours and our display homes will be open with no appointment necessary from 1-5pm Monday, Wednesday, Saturday & Sunday.

We will be adhering to the limit of 10 people per home at any one time. Social distancing and strict hygiene measures will also be strictly applied to keep both our staff and customers safe.

Will my building journey be affected?

We understand that you may still  have questions around what this unprecedented situation in relation to Covid-19 means if you are currently building or if you are considering building in the near future.

We would like to assure you that operations and building works are continuing as normal, and we are taking every precaution to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our customers, staff, contractors, suppliers and the community. We are regularly monitoring the situation and taking precautions in line with the recommendations from the Federal and/or State Government & the Australian Department of Health to ensure there is little to no disruption in supporting and servicing our customers and the community. 


1. If you are currently building with us, nothing has changed. Our team are still working hard to deliver you your new home; in the office, remotely and on site. 

2. If you are considering building with us, we are absolutely still here working to provide you the very best service and guidance. 


Remote services still available

Yes, restrictions have eased, however we understand that not everybody is comfortable to be in public spaces just yet. We still have  available the following services to ensure you can continue to connect and engage with our Building Consultants on the journey to your new home: 

Private Appointments at Display Homes

Appointments are available outside of public operating hours. You can book an appointment for a private tour here:  Book appointment

MyStyle Selection Studio

Our MyStyle Selection Studio remains open by appointment between Monday – Friday. Click here to arrange a meeting time.

The safety and wellbeing of our staff, customers and the community remain our priority, therefore the number of guests at appointments will be limited to ensure social distancing regulations are adhered to.

Whilst we welcome you at our display homes and office, we do however respectfully request that if you are unwell you do not visit our premises, reschedule your visit to a later date or use other means to contact us.
