About the role…

We have an exciting full-time opportunity for a ‘Selections Consultant’ to join our Selections Team.

In this role, you will be responsible to provide assistance and support to clients by guiding them through the selections process, and documenting clients internal/external products, colours and finishes.

This is a fast-paced position which would suit someone who is passionate about providing outstanding customer service and can demonstrate strong attention to detail.

Reporting to the Selections Team Leader, you will…

  • Consult with and provide support and information to customers to guide them through the selections process
  • Preparation of selections documents, finalised selections, quotes and variations
  • Conduct Final Selections Consultation, document all internal and external selections, electrical layout and additional information required for construction purposes
  • Assist suppliers and Site Managers with on-site selections queries
  • Be passionate about providing high quality customer service and assistance to clients and the ability to multi-task
  • Ensuring commitments to clients are achieved
  • Communicate effectively with internal departments & suppliers

The successful candidate will have… 

  • Previous experience in an interior design and customer service role (desirable)
  • Ability to communicate clearly and provide prompt follow-up
  • Outstanding customer service, conflict resolution and negotiation skills
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Tertiary/TAFE Interior Design qualification
  • Experience in domestic housing construction (desirable)
