Standard Designs South Australia

Prices for South Australian home designs quoted in this website include: Supaloc Steel framing, 25° roof pitch, 2.4m high ceiling except 2 storey homes which is 2.7m lower and 2.4m upper. Based on studio specification with brick facade, panel-lift roller door, aluminium windows, Corinthian Madison entry door, Colorbond roof, gutters, fascia & downpipes. Double Storey designs include aluminium balustrading to balconies, brick veneer construction to lower level and 75mm thick EPS cladding with 3 coat acrylic render to upper floor.

Construction in metropolitan area, on a level site – Raft slab 100mm thick, re-inforced with SL72 mesh and are subject to change without notice. Prices quoted in this brochure do not include: additional footings & siteworks, retaining walls, rock digging, removal of trees or removal of excess soil etc, light fittings, air conditioning, alarm system, window treatments, soft furnishings, irrigation system, pergolas, landscaping, paving, stormwater, floor coverings, tiling to verandah’s/portico, stonework, express panel, fencing and sales related materials. Alfresco’s are an optional extra, prices may to be subject to change due to travel allowance.

This price is inclusive of a home design and block of land. Price includes Studio specification. Price may vary based on final council requirements and footings as they apply to the individual building site.

In relation to the commercial #: WBG1138715B and specifically the statement “Homes from just $120,000”.

The Weeks Kickstart range includes homes starting from $120,000. This price is inclusive of a $20,000 allowance for footings. Price may vary based on final council requirements and footings as they apply to the individual building site.

2018 Crows Jumper Competition
