Standard Designs South Australia

Prices for South Australian home designs quoted in this website include: Supaloc Steel framing, 25° roof pitch, 2.4m high ceiling except 2 storey homes which is 2.7m lower and 2.4m upper. Based on studio specification with brick facade, panel-lift roller door, aluminium windows, Corinthian Madison entry door, Colorbond roof, gutters, fascia & downpipes. Double Storey designs include aluminium balustrading to balconies, brick veneer construction to lower level and 75mm thick EPS cladding with 3 coat acrylic render to upper floor.

Construction in metropolitan area, on a level site – Raft slab 100mm thick, re-inforced with SL72 mesh and are subject to change without notice. Prices quoted in this brochure do not include: additional footings & siteworks, retaining walls, rock digging, removal of trees or removal of excess soil etc, light fittings, air conditioning, alarm system, window treatments, soft furnishings, irrigation system, pergolas, landscaping, paving, stormwater, floor coverings, tiling to verandah’s/portico, stonework, express panel, fencing and sales related materials. Alfresco’s are an optional extra, prices may to be subject to change due to travel allowance.

This price is inclusive of a home design and block of land. Price includes Studio specification. Price may vary based on final council requirements and footings as they apply to the individual building site.

The Weeks Kickstart range includes homes starting from $120,000. This price is inclusive of a $20,000 allowance for footings. Price may vary based on final council requirements and footings as they apply to the individual building site.

Package One – Kitchen Upgrade

This package includes 1. Up to 6lm of 20mm Ceasarstone kitchen benchtop from the builder’s range, plus 3lm of 600mm wide & 3lm of 800mm wide Caesarstone for the breakfast bar in lieu of laminate, 2. A 900mm wide Westinghouse freestanding stainless steel cooker (DSP965S) with 900mm wide slideout rangehood (WRH9081S) in lieu of Studio specification, 3. 3 square metres of glass splashback in lieu of tiling, and 4. A Westinghouse dishwasher (WSF6605WR/XR) & dishwasher provision, supplied and installed.

Package Two – Bathroom Upgrade

This package includes 1. Up to 3lm of 20mm Ceasarstone vanity tops from the builder’s range in lieu of laminate, 2. Floor to ceiling tiling in the bathroom and ensuite, up to an additional 30 square metres from the Studio specification, 3. Semi-frameless shower screens in bathroom and ensuite plus additional waterproofing to floor area & extra floor grate, and 4. A Decina Westin 1750mm freestanding bath (WE1705W).

Package Three – Alfresco Upgrade

This package includes 1. A 6.0m x 3.0m alfresco under the main roof up to 18 square metres, 2. Tiling in alfresco area up to 18 square metres, and 3. Two 350mm x 350mm brick piers in alfresco.

Package Four – Air Conditioning Upgrade

This package includes ducted reverse cycle air-conditioning (10.5kw Carrier inverter) with 7 outlets and 4 zones, including a programmable wall & zone controller.

Package Five – Living Area Upgrade

This package includes 1. Carpet in 4 bedrooms up to 50 square metres, selected from the builder’s bronze range, 2. Timber laminate in main area up to 70 square metres, selected from builder’s Category 1 range, and 3. 20 downlights plus 10 batten light holders.

This promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other offer and may not be substituted for a cash discount. All packages are valid to any South Australian contract valued at over $200,000 entered into from Saturday 15th April, 2017 to Saturday 30th September, 2017.
